video-games wii Interrelated Roadmap

Mario Cart Wii is the next version of one of Nintendo’s most successful and iconic video games, but this version takes the game to a whole new level. In addition to improved graphics, more tracks, and more character options (including your Mii), this game also allows online play. Friends can meet up and set up a “private room” where they race each other, or you can race with players around the world. I have enjoyed this feature the most. Every Tuesday night I meet up with 12 friends to race each other and it’s a blast to knock your best friend off their cart so you can win the race. Very Fun!

I can’t recommend this game enough for any Nintendo Wii owner. Sure the basic concept of Mario Cart is still the same, but the enhancements for the Wii version make it worth the price. Although the Wii Wheel is not required to play the game I think it’s worth the extra few dollars for the fun of it.
Help answer the question about wii
How do I start playing a wii game with game cube controller?
I want to play super smash brothers brawl for the wii, but my boyfriend wii has the wii remotes with him and I only have gamecube ones. I know how to use it once I get the game started, but I'm at the screen where you have to select to play the game and you need a wii remote for it. Is there anyway I can use the gamecube remote to start it?

The Wii remotes are great but some games are still better played with the conventional controller.

      Wii

My family and I are starting to fall in love with the game. During this time when funds are low the Wii gives my family the activity they need to burn some energy. We can not wait to get our Wii hooked up to the Internet.

      I like it!!!

I bought an extra controller for my Wii system and was surprised that it actually came with its own protective cover and batteries like the one that came with the system. I thought that was nice.

The nunchuk is light and easy to use, but unfortunately isn’t used in many games. The nunchuk really becomes in first-person shooting games, such as Official Wii Zapper with Link’s Crossbow Training. I hope Nintendo makes more use of it. In the meantime, I wouldn’t get too many extra nunchuks unless you play a lot of first-person shooters with guests.

The Wii is fun and healthy. But it now only comes with one remote and one nunchuk so you need to purchase a second set seperately. It is much more fun playing with a second person. This product is as good or better than the one that comes with the game.

I bought 2 – one for my daughter and one for my daughter-in-law. It is the perfect Christmas gift.

Delivery was fast and the price is right. It is the gift that will “take off” weight all year long.

Ok, they try to mask this as a fitness thing and have you go through all these pseudo-fit things like humiliating you by displaying your BMI, weight, “Wii Age” on a 60-inch high def for your family to see (are they TRYING to cause DIVORCES?)

But once you get past that, they have some really fun stuff for the whole family — we spent the most time laughing as the kids dodged Panda Bears and soccer shoes or re-enacting the “Agony of Defeat” ski scene from the Wide World of Sports. And while they were doing that, they were actually using their whole body and not just getting carpal tunnel syndrome from your standard video game.

The balance board that has been added is very helpful in developing coordination. I was impressed at how challenging the exercises are but if you are consistent, you will make progress.

Are the games on this going to be as effective as a personal trainer at a gym? Probably not (but overall — a heck of a lot chepaer). However, if you are consistent with it, you will see some improvement in overall body tone and conditioning and that is never a bad thing. I think the true value comes from making “fitness” into a game where the whole family can participate. Much more interactive than any other video games, these activities will provide the whole family some active fun for the kids while watching some really hysterical graphics (ok, our family is easily amused), I think this has been my favorite part of the Wii experience so far…

I highly recommend this game for the whole family.

After having the original Wii fit for about a year, and enjoying it, I was very pleased to see the plus come out. My favorite addition to this system is the routine option available. You can still pick your individual exercises, but now you can customize a routine including both yoga and strength training. So you can move seamlessly from one to the other without breaking from your workout. I find this very helpful, as it was my one complaint with the original system. I also really like some of the new games, such as skateboarding, and perfect ten. Overall, my favorite way to workout!

Good product. The games / exercises are good. I expected more from this title. The board seems to become erratic with some Wii Fit Plus combined routines
      No bubble, no trouble.

The product is great. Received it quickly. It is in perfect condition. I would recommend it. It is lots of fun. Some of the games seem silly, but you know that you are doing more than just sitting on the couch.
