Help answer the question about G1
What is the cheapest plan i could possibly put together for the G1?
i want it to include web access, G1 and all of the new stuff the G1 can do, some texts and some minutes ( i dont use either much, so i doesnt matter how many) also i want unlimited nights and weekends...how much will this all cost?

If I read one more review by some mom writting about how her kid cant figure out a movie Transformer then I’m going to loose it. Thats why they made the quick changer line…its your own damn fault for buying the wrong thing. Anyway, the G1 repaint Starscream is pretty awesome. His transformation is pretty interesting and easy to do, once you remember what to do with the legs. Complaints of mine would be how the features on the underside in plane mode are completely unhidden or even dealt with. The missile issue comes from the fact that spinning the turrets causes them to launch. This is for when you roll it on the ground in plane mode. It shoots the missiles as it rolls along. So I imagine most of the time people are setting them off by turning it. Though the buttons to launch them are considerably sensitive. Also, claw things on the side do not hands make.
I dont mind so much that his head is taken from Thundercracker’s movie series figure, and the paint application is pretty damn spiffy. Starscream’s shinanigans are much more fun in red white and blue. Definetely worth picking up if youre a Transformers fan.
this is a nice repaint almost wished i had seen this one on the screen and not the regular starscream
Not even being recolored to match the G1 Starscream can help the movie design not look utterly hideous. Of all the ugly designs they did for the movie, this one ranks below only Megatron and Frenzy on the scale. Do yourself a favor and get Classics Starscream or Masterpiece Starscream instead.
I have to say of all the Starscream this one is my favorite. It’s painted the way the old F-15 was, as for people saying the design is hideous I say boo. The new Starscream F-22 Raptor has to be a very hard design to hide all the bells and whistles. There is one thing I did not like about this one, the head somewhat looks like the old style Starscream.
This Target Exclusive Starscream is faithful to the original F-15, however, it comes with Thundercracker’s head giving it somewhat of a personality disorder. A must have for the collectors, at any rate.
This is a real masterpiece. I love Optimus Prime and always will.

Wow! I was trully happy to see this item on line, I went to so many Toys R Us, looking for this gift. To see my nephew face on Christmas day, was priceless! Great toy.
firget the new cheep crap transformers made now this remade classic is durable and way cooler looking.
Finally, the rerelease of Dirge! I missed getting Dirge the first time around. When Thrust and Ramjet come out, my Seekers Corps will be complete! A big thank you for the second chance to get Dirge from this huge Deceptifan!
I really like the Dirge figure, actually i like all the Decepticon jets. Hasbro needs to release Thrust and Ramjet soon. My one major complaint is that they are releasing a lot more autobots compared to decepticons. I know there are more autobots total but i would like to see more bad guys! Back to Dirge though. This toy is an exact replica of the original, they didn’t even change the weapons on this one. He is easy to transform and durable. I would definately buy this one.
Well generation one is still going strong 20 years later. with this rerelease we have 4 out of the six seeker jets just need the other two coneheads to complete the evil squandron of jets. a+ keep up finding those old molds to keep bringing us our old toys.
Hasbro has struck gold with thier re-release of the G1 Transformers toys. These timeless toys capture the inncer child of the now older people that remember the cartoon, and the first time these toys were realeased. They also open the world of Transformers: G1 to a whole new audience.
The Dirge toy is just as timeless a classic as the others in the series, with the heft and duribilty of die-cast metal and study construction it makes for alot of play value. The one draw back of this toy, is something that plauges the G1 line as far as younger children are concerned. There are many peices from the wings, fists, and even the front landing gear that can easily be lost. That can easly be avoided with proper precaution, but it deserves to be mentioned.
All in all a wonderful toy, and a wonderful collection to my Transformers Collection that I can’t wait to share with my 4 year old when he is old enough to appreciate it.
Dirge is a must have!!!If were are to see more of different reissues, please spread the word. Don’t let it die out like the He-man.
STOP THE HATE, PLEASE. RODIMUS HAS GOTTEN SOME BAD REVIEWS, BUT I THINK HE’S A COOL CLASSIC. I REMEMBER HIM BEING INTRODUCED AS THE NEW LEADER IN THE TOY COMMERCIAL WITH SCOURGE AND CYCLONUS BACK IN 1986 AND SHUTTERED AT THE THOUGHT OF OPTIMUS BEING REPLACED. BUT WHEN I FINALLY BOUGHT RODIMUS, I WAS INSTANTLY EXCITED. I ENDED UP LOSING HIM SOME YEARS AGO, BUT WAS SO HAPPY WHEN THEY REINTRODUCED HIM THAT I QUICKLY SNATCHED HIM. I LIKE BOTH VEHICLE AND ROBOT/COMBAT DECK MODES, ALTHOUGH IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO SEE THE COMBAT DECK ON THE SHOW. I ALSO PURCHASED THE TAKARA ISSUE OF HOT ROD, KUP, AND GALVATRON BRINGING BACK MEMORIES OF THE PREMIER OF TRANSFORMERS THE MOVIE. RODIMUS IS AN AWESOME ADDITION FOR ANY 80′S TRANS-FAN.
