My 7 year old son begged for this toy. He played with it for 1 day and hasn’t touched it since. It has a very silly, annoying voice. It does some funny things and does have a lot of functions. After we got it I realized they also make a smaller one which I wish we got instead. It is much bigger than I expected and expensive.
Help answer the question about robot
What is the best facial expression for an evil, murdering robot supervillain?
But in my opinion, i'll prefer it to be a BLANK FACE. robot Cause he assumes himself totally as a robot, he will be disgusted whenever he shows an expression. "Cause robots aint suppose to feel anything.." sorts like that. Well, that's just my first impression on him. Hope your answers could develop him well! Thanks!

This is a really great toy, not only educational but fun to play with. I bought this toy as a gift for Christmas gift for a child that has Autism and I highly recommend this Robotic Toy!
MY SEVEN YEAR OLD GRANDSON WENT CRAZY FOR THIS ,HE HAS LOTS OF FUND WITH IT.
This ROBOT was for and advanced 4 year old for his birthday.
“ROBO” got to go to pre-school for show and tell and was the
hit of the day. “ROBO” sleeps next to Jacob and protects him
through the night. So far her works perfectly….FUN!
My son thought this robot was the coolest thing ever, I even thought it was pretty cool until it stopped working about 3months after we got it. It was very disappointing and my son wants another one. I don’t see how I could fork out that kind of money for something that will only last a couple months then go thru that disappointment again. I dont think so. I love the idea of the robot but it did not hold up at all.
I purchased the Tribot for my son’s 8th birthday (which he asked for one). Since then he rarely plays with it. It is very durable because it has been dropped several times. However, it just keeps doing the same things over and over. It appears to be more fun than it actually is. I would suggest making a different purchase especially for the price.
Tomy I-SOBOT Robot is a hoot to have around on a rainy day. It can get a little boring after a while (few months of playing with it), but there are a lot of things to get involved with the programming aspect of it.
Easy to use, but you have to punch out all the codes (commands like A-A-BB-BB-AB) for special moves. The manual isn’t as easy to read cause of it’s compact size, so it makes it hard to look up the codes all the time. Overall good toy, and I would get another one for a friend.
I got I-Sobot for my 9th birthday. I think I-Sobot entertains me well with his music, movie scenes, dances, karate, and imitations of animals. But I was disappointed by I-Sobot’s walking and spotlight. Walking was a little more on the good side than the bad. Sometimes he walks and sometimes not. The charger oftentimes turns off randomly. I think I-Sobot was well built and passed most of my expectations. I-Sobot was easy for me to learn and also fun. I-Sobot is definitely one of my favorite toys.
The “wow factor” of the iSobot is formidable. The first time you see this little guy moving around with his elaborate mechanical fluency, it knocks your socks off. “Wow!” you think. “It’s a real robot!”
But, it’s not. Yes, it’s range of motion and articulation are stunning (but for a robot that can stand perfectly on one leg, its walking is kind of underwhelming). Though, mostly iSobot just runs through a lot of pre-programmed schtick that gets a little tired after a while. When you actually try to do things with it in Program Mode, you quickly discover its limitations. iSobot can really only do what it’s been built to do and adult robot hobbyists are likely to exhaust that pretty quick. And, while it is fairly durable, it’s far too sensitive and expensive to let little kids play with it like a regular toy.
So what is iSobot? An amazing demonstration of what is possible in bipedal robotic design. As such, it is impressive and fascinating — but it’s not something you can tinker with to explore the frontiers of home robotics or let your kids bang around. iSobot is curiosity. A high-tech knick-knack. A really, really awesome one to be sure — but just understand that when you buy this, you’re buying a piece of history rather than something imported from the future.
If you’re an early adopter-type drawn to techno-toys that are way ahead of their time which seem quaint in retrospect, you must have iSobot in your collection. Otherwise, the “wow factor” might wear off in a few weeks leaving you with “buyer’s remorse.”

Got this toy for my son’s 10th year birthday. It was his greatest excitment for almost 2 weeks and he played with it constantly – trying to figure out different ways of controlling it.
Well, his little 4 year old cousin came and got his hand on it – dropped it and the parts misaligned. It took us a while for us adults reading the instructions and re-calibrate it but never was the “same” again. As result, he stopped playing it and now it is in the box gathering dust in the toy grave yard.
A nice, fun, and technically advanced toy but definitely not durable. Not sure it is really worth the money.
plenty of fun actions, and a lot of them require good deal of balance. A very nice toy to own at the current price tag. It would be better if it has the teach mode which allow you to put the joints in any angle you like.
My kids used it for half an hour and Roborover is left in a corner since then. After they explained to me, even I see the Roborover does nothing more then any remote control car does, except his annoying comments and voice. The kids simply expect something robotic from it, that it follows them around or really can search them. But the search function is nothing else then a pattern followed until the user signals with the remote that he has been found. In explore mode Roborover is easely blocked by anything in his way, even a chairs leg or the edge of a carpet, he only detects walls to stop before crashing into them. This was a real bad purchase.
I see one 6-star review about Roborover, and after my experience I can only say, someone giving it 6 stars did never have it actually in his hands to try and/or it is a paid for review. My kids experience is totally different.
this is a Greatest robot i ever had for Mark tilden’s man kind exploring machine! i picked this thing up 2 months ago, RoboRover was an instant hit! allthought it’s easy to play with, it’s great for adventures in the all around the world adventure! i hope i’ll get Joebot, that next wowwee robot that came out in this year!

Amazon has mistakenly put a video presentation on this selling page for the WiFi Erector Spykee Spy Robot and NOT the Erector Spykee Micro product which is what is being sold on this page. If you want the WiFi, you need to search for Erector Spykee Spy Robot which presently sells for over $245. This one doesn’t have all the bells and whistles the WiFi does, but does offer a substantial savings over its counterpart and is fun for the entire family.
This product was in good condition when received, and the seller delivered it in good time.
This was a replica of a more functional robot. I didn’t realize that there two functional levels of this robot. This had no web cam or other advanced features. All this did is run back and forth on a smooth floor. Whee?? It took about two minutes to get bored with it.
it took some wear and tear and some assembly is required. instructions not great but you can figure it out. 8 year old played with this for quite a while.
Both of my children enjoy this toy–a 6 year old and a 9 year old. It is really the 6 year old’s toy. I would recommend it for children who like remote control gadgets or cars and is definitely designed for the younger set–preschool-early elementary age group and it is sturdy and fun.
Watch Video Here: http://www.amazon.com/review/RE8GIUFF7TGWL The U-command Wall-E is a great toy! It can move, rotate, blink its eyes and dance!
I got this for my 2 year old grandson. When he saw Wall-E he was so surprised. He loves his Wall-E so much he has to sleep with it. Not a cuddley toy to snuggle up with. It has been over 2 weeks since his birthday and he loves it just as much now. His 10 year old brother thought it would be a good idea to get him one so he could play Wall-E with his little brother.
